I don’t normally leave reviews, however the customer service, fast responses, and even faster shipping, deserves more stars than I can leave here. Lanie went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct ribbon for my adding machine. The ribbon itself is of very good quality and leaves crisp, clear, dark black numbers. I will definitely be ordering ribbons from here as my typewriters and whatever else I come upon needs them.
