At Ribbons Unlimited we don't go as far back as the counting boards and the abacus, but we do carry spools that fit some pretty old vintage adding machines from the past.  In the beginning, the older model machines had no display, some had a hand crank and most could only count up to 99.99.  But back in the 1930s and 1940s that was a lot of money, and if you could afford one of these babies you were doing pretty good for yourself!  From the early Victor and Burroughs to today's models, we carry a huge selection of inked ribbons and ink rollers for your machine from yesterday and today.  We can also make some of your spool ribbons in colors, or in nylon cotton or silk- how crazy is that?
