Was happy to get the roller so soon,  When installing found it was too short. Invoice says IR72 but you sent R872 which does not list the Olympia ET 2000. Threw everying into the trash since item was opened,  even you goodies.  
Not happy.

Service and delivery were excellent and fast. The only thing, delivery fees were expensive for a person who place an order from Canada.
