So, I have to admit that I am a little challenged when it comes to technology and ordering over the internet. I was having a problem signing in on the website, but all it took was one phone call. Mr. Lanie was there to answer my call and he walked me through the process over the phone. He was very encouraging and patient...we got through it and it really was very easy, the website is very user friendly too. Of course it was a pleasure speaking with Lanie as he is very customer oriented...he put me at ease right away. I highly recommend Ribbons unlimited!
